B & C Trade Consultants, Inc., a Women-Owned Small Business Enterprise, was formed to provide international trade compliance consultation to U.S. and foreign companies who are involved with civil and military aerospace, marine and industrial products. Together, Audra Bear and Jean Cummins bring 31 combined years of aerospace experience working for a large U.S. aerospace manufacturer located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The pair has accumulated over 25 years of extensive knowledge and know-how working specifically with international trade compliance regulations and laws.

The consultants have acquired an extensive background with multiple aspects of trade compliance during their involvement with prime contractors, subcontractors, repair facilities, and distribution centers, among others. Additionally, their participation with high-profile defense programs has strengthened their awareness and implementation of trade compliance. Their comprehensive knowledge of U.S. export regulations allows them to provide dependable and accurate advice to companies, whether they are a small business requiring occasional guidance or a large corporation requiring assistance with specific programs/projects.
